Transformative Philosophy

The International Association for Transformative Philosophy (IATP)
The International Association for Transformative Philosophy invites scholars worldwide and from all philosophic traditions to explore and further the capacity of philosophy past and present to enable lasting self-change.
We enquire into whether philosophy is transformative or not, we look for reasons that limit its power, we study the way that various philosophers indicated transformation and the steps toward it, we ask further questions such as: how philosophy and psychology may differ in conceiving self-change; which is the best pedagogy for teaching in a transformative way; and what are the civic implications of transformative philosophy.
The association membership is free. Fill the form in the membership tab above.
